An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it and begin preparing your order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you.

Prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you check out. We try to keep prices and stock accurate; if an item is priced or listed in error we will tell you before charging you, and you may cancel.

Cash on delivery, or bank transfer to the account shown after checkout. Items marked prepay must be paid before we prepare them. We do not take card details on this site.

We deliver to Male' and Hulhumale'. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Somebody must be able to receive the order at the address given; if nobody can, we will contact you to arrange another time.

An account is tied to your mobile number. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive its messages can sign in. Tell us if you lose it.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition it should arrive in. We are not liable for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms may change; the version in force is the one on this page when you order. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
